Form / Class Representatives

Join as Form/Class Representative

Parents can volunteer to serve as Form Representatives and Class Representatives to faciliate communication between parents within and between forms. For every Form, PTA would like to have one Form Representative and one or more Class Representative(s) in each class. What can be achieved from this structure :

Under normal circumstances, PTA will disseminate notice to parents in circulars/announcement by hardcopy or PTA's web portal. Alternatively, PTA can disseminate important/urgent notice to each student's parent(s) in each class via the Class Representative. If feedback is requested, the Class Representative can collect parents' opinions and inform PTA.
Class Representative can gather the parents of his/her Class personally, parents can know each other and have sharing among themselves in a Class.
Informal meeting among Class Representatives, Form Representative, PTA SC Members can let PTA know parents' opinion, feedback and ideas among Class and Form.
If PTA wants to carry out a PTA function for one or more Forms, Class Representative can distribute PTA' message about helper recruitment for that specific function. Besides, a Class Representative can provide idea to PTA what kind of coming function likes to have.
