Annual General MeetingThe Annual General Meeting (AGM) is normally held in May/June in each School Year. All members are eligible to attend. Businesses transacted in each AGM may include the following:receiving and approving the Annual and Financial Reports of the Association;
approving the minutes of the last General Meeting;
electing new Standing Committee members;
appointing an Honorary Auditor;
dealing with any matter on policy and management of the Association;
The forthcoming AGM will be held on 19 May 2012, Saturday afternoon. |
